Over the past three years, I have worked hard to overcome barriers that stopped me from enjoying life, whether it be substances, grief, physical health or mental illness. Connecting with others has helped me gain strength, comfort, awareness, and healing. My goal is to support the struggling and faithful by addressing the taboo and uncomfortable.
